ITM3 California is an independent San Francisco Bay Area IT consulting firm delivering creative and practical IT solutions to address real-world organizational issues.  Founded by a 25-year IT professional, longtime IT Director, longtime professional services manager and 10-year NASA project manager, ITM3 offers a range of solutions that consistently address business needs, meet technical guidelines and satisfy financial constraints.

Our specialties include:

  • IT departmental management, supplemental IT management, operations assessments and "best practices" consulting services

  • Project planning, due diligence, budgeting, RFP assistance and project management services for LAN/WAN upgrades, wireless networking, Microsoft upgrades, office moves and expansions, copper/fiber cabling systems, and data center design/construction

  • Staff augmentation services for systems administrators, database administrators, email administrators, applications administrators, network administrators, webmasters, small office desktop/network troubleshooters and PC/laptop technicians

 
We also provide end-to-end solutions for Remedy, clustering, high availability, wireless networking and mobile computing, and offer a wide range of hardware, software and subscription-based services.

In addition to offering IT consulting services, ITM3 California regularly publishes independent due diligence guides, business cases, best practices guides and technical white papers.  In developing these publications, ITM3 California does not solicit nor accept compensation from any hardware manufacturer, software manufacturer, systems integrator or reseller.
